About Us

What makes Turner Plumbing different?

Expert craftsmanship and superior service has been the hallmark of Turner Plumbing Company since it began in 1942. Today we continue to hire and train the most talented service men in order to complete your job effectively and efficiently.

Originally founded by Holly & Louise Turner, Turner Plumbing is a 3rd generation family business with deep roots in Jacksonville. We pride ourselves on quality service – all work done well and guaranteed.

Who is on your team?

We are a family owned business, owned by master plumbers. As such, we consider our men to be part of our family. Together, our team has almost 150 years combined experience with Turner Plumbing – and over 200 years of experience in the industry. There is no problem our team can’t handle!

The first thing you can expect is a real person to answer your call who will help determine if you need a plumber or can save time and money by making a simple fix. If you do need a professional, you will be given a specific time frame for the men’s arrival and a courtesy phone call before their arrival.

Service Quality

Is Turner Plumbing bonded and insured?

Absolutely! We are bonded, insured, maintain a state contractors license and are run by master plumbers and journeymen. Our technicians are drug-tested, drive trucks clearly marked with the Turner Plumbing logo, and are text dispatched to reduce labor charges.

Is your work guaranteed?

Certainly, we stand by our work for one calendar year on all contract work and 30 days for standard repairs. In addition, we maintain product warranties as per the manufacturer.

What are your rates?

24-hour-same-rate service.

We charge $96 per hour for service work. For drain stoppages using sewer equipment, we charge $106 per hour.

All jobs have a 1-hour minimum and a $10 truck charge. After the first hour, time is billed on the ½ hour. We typically send two men on a truck during regular business hours. This makes for considerably shorter work times to reduce your cost.

Can I pay with a credit card?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and cash.

Do the plumbers work on commission?

No, our team does not work on commission. We feel that by not offering commission-based compensation, a customer has an additional layer of trust when it comes to recommendations made by the plumber on needed work and materials.

Is Turner Plumbing a Drug Free work place?

Yes, Turner Plumbing is a drug-free workplace. Our men are tested when they are hired, during their on-boarding process, and at other random times during the year.
