Addendum. My job has been completed. It was pleasant experience from start to finish. My plumber, Mark English was excellent, very knowledgeable , professional, personable and explained everything along the way. He has a lot of experience with very technical work and it was apparent in his problem solving. It was a big job, but I felt comparable with each step. The apprentice, Alan , was also excellent and will be a great plumber. They both worked VERY hard !! Erik, their supervisor, estimator and initial contact was very clear, professional and answered questions very patiently. I would highly recommend Turner Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Thank you. I’m a tough critic when it comes to subcontractors I had a highly technical issue with a Toto Neorist toilet. I was highly suspect that they would be able to correct the issue. they showed up on time, just like the notice said they would. The technician was highly knowledgeable and very professional. The charge was commensurate with the services provided.
