Outstanding! Turner Plumbing was referred to me by Josh Gibson of Leak Seekers (also outstanding). JEA notified me of a high usage issue (3,800 gal/day), which was caused by a leaking toilet (not just the flapper valve). I shut off the water to the toilet and called Turner late afternoon Monday. Mack and David were on site Wednesday and replaced all of the failing parts. Works as good as new now. Mack was prompt, friendly, explained what was going on, and went right to work. I will definitely call Turner Plumbing for my future needs!
An electric water heater installed in time and technicians were courteous and not only that cleaned after them.

We used Turner plumbing recently for a complete bathroom remodel. They did an excellent job and we are so happy with the result. We made a few unexpected changes during the process & Turner worked with us on everything, coming back numerous times, & never once made us feel as though they resented it. They were also very attentive to even the smallest details that were important to us. Nick was our go-to guy throughout the process and he was phenomenal, making sure every request, big or small, was handled efficiently. We will definitely be using them again for our downstairs bathroom very soon.
Kaleb was able to address a challenging situation reattaching a piece of plastic covering a large broken window in my home. The plastic sheeting had become detached due to high winds coming ahead of a winter storm, and it needed to be secured before the rain and cold temperatures arrived. Despite the height of the window and needing to work with the existing plastic, Kaleb was able to rework the existing sheeting and create a more secure seal against the elements. He did a fantastic job in a very challenging situation, and his work held up beautifully against winter storm Enzo!
Sebastian arrived on time. He explained what he was going to be doing and about how long it would take. Installed the water booster on our hot water heater and then showed the settings and asked about our preferences. It was the first water booster he had installed but obviously knew what needed to be done. He took his time, double-checked what he had done, and then explained how it would work. The walk-in tub we had recently installed had not been fully utilized until this water heater was installed. It has worked perfectly ever since the new Rheem water booster was turned on.
The technicians called ahead of arriving, were prompt, and very professional. The visit was an initial inspection of the codes on my water heater. They finished troubleshooting, getting parts ordered, and updating me in quick fashion. And were very approachable

Tyler and his crew did a wonderful job. It was not an easy project but was able to control the noise and mess during demolition. Super pleasant and personable guy to deal with. Tile guy did a wonderful job, also. Nick was available for updates and worked diligently to find matching tiles for repairing holes after fixing plumbing leaks behind shower wall
Mr. Guerra was very efficient and competent with the installation of a new kitchen faucet. Additionally, he replaced a sink stopper in our bathroom. He made several suggestions on how to overcome the effects of hard water on our pipes and faucets.

Sebastian was great! I needed the filter in my home’s scale filter replaced and wanted to learn how to do it myself. He showed me how, explaining step by step what he was doing and why. Really appreciate the team at Turner Plumbing!
Daniel and Dwayne replaced my water heater. They were terrific! Very professional and so kind. They warned me to be careful because the garage floor (where the water heater leaked) was wet and I might slip. They also told me how to replace the salt in my water softener! They were right on time too. Just super nice and helpful. Love those guys!!!!
