I’m a tough critic when it comes to subcontractors I had a highly technical issue with a Toto Neorist toilet. I was highly suspect that they would be able to correct the issue. they showed up on time, just like the notice said they would. The technician was highly knowledgeable and very professional. The charge was commensurate with the services provided.
Outstanding! Turner Plumbing was referred to me by Josh Gibson of Leak Seekers (also outstanding). JEA notified me of a high usage issue (3,800 gal/day), which was caused by a leaking toilet (not just the flapper valve). I shut off the water to the toilet and called Turner late afternoon Monday. Mack and David were on site Wednesday and replaced all of the failing parts. Works as good as new now. Mack was prompt, friendly, explained what was going on, and went right to work. I will definitely call Turner Plumbing for my future needs!
Addendum. My job has been completed. It was pleasant experience from start to finish. My plumber, Mark English was excellent, very knowledgeable , professional, personable and explained everything along the way. He has a lot of experience with very technical work and it was apparent in his problem solving. It was a big job, but I felt comparable with each step. The apprentice, Alan , was also excellent and will be a great plumber. They both worked VERY hard !! Sebastian arrived on time. He explained what he was going to be doing and about how long it would take. Installed the water booster on our hot water heater and then showed the settings and asked about our preferences. It was the first water booster he had installed but obviously knew what needed to be done. He took his time, double-checked what he had done, and then explained how it would work. The walk-in tub we had recently installed had not been fully utilized until this water heater was installed. It has worked perfectly ever since the new Rheem water booster was turned on.

The technicians called ahead of arriving, were prompt, and very professional. The visit was an initial inspection of the codes on my water heater. They finished troubleshooting, getting parts ordered, and updating me in quick fashion. And were very approachable
Very prompt response. Turner Plumbing is terrific. This is my third time using them. The plumbers are fast and very personable. I had to special order the height toilet I wanted and it was in in 24 hours. From call to installation was 48 hours. Receptionist that answered the call was very helpful.
Daniel and Dwayne replaced my water heater. They were terrific! Very professional and so kind. They warned me to be careful because the garage floor (where the water heater leaked) was wet and I might slip. They also told me how to replace the salt in my water softener! They were right on time too. Just super nice and helpful. Love those guys!!!!
Kaleb and his apprentice were accommodating and very friendly. Unfortunately, after installation, the faucet was defective and leaked everywhere. They have to come back today to reinstall another faucet. For me, I now have to pay for two installations and two removals. This exercise has become expensive, no fault of you or me.
